They are a family-owned funeral home serving the individualized needs of each of the families during their time of loss. They also assist individuals and families in making final decisions related to the end of life process prior to their or their loved ones passing. Ermert strives to provide the latest advances in the everchanging industrial and technological areas of their field.
Richard O. Ermert, Sr. partnered with Leslie Russell in 1953 to form the Russell-Ermert Funeral Home. When Mr. Russell decided to retire, Mr. Ermert purchased Mr. Russell’s half of the business and dropped the Russell name becoming Ermert Funeral Home. Upon Mr. Ermert’s retirement, his son Rick took over the family business and remains there today.
