City Of Corning Statement on Halloween 2020

The City of Corning is asking the town to abide by the State’s Halloween Guidelines for safety measures during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

There will be an 8:00 p.m. curfew for the night.

If you do not wish to have trick-or-treaters at your home, please leave your light off.

Public group events will not be allowed this year.

Again, we ask that you please be safe and follow the guidelines released by the Arkansas Department of Health.
